In-Home Sales Consultant – Outdoor Blinds Division | Adelaide | $150k+ OTE

We're growing our team and looking for 2x Sales Consultants to join our Blinds Division in Adelaide. With warm, pre-qualified leads, full training, and fortnightly pay, you'll have everything you need to build a six-figure career with South Australia's largest home improvement company.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant in our Blinds Division, you'll:

  • Attend pre-booked, inbound appointments (all leads supplied – no cold calling, no door knocking)
  • Present premium Outdoor Blinds & Roller Shutter solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Inspire homeowners with design ideas and close high-value projects
  • Be available after-hours and weekends to meet demand and maximise earnings
  • Participate in regular training and coaching to sharpen your skills
  • Hit targets and enjoy uncapped commissions

  • A proven sales performer (direct, retail or in-home) OR eager to learn
  • Professional, articulate & confident with customers
  • Driven, goal-oriented & coachable (always looking to improve your presentation)
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends
  • Hold a driver's licence and have reliable transport + smartphone
