We are looking for someone with dedication and a strong work ethic to join our team as an Accounts Payable / Data Entry Clerk.

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to manage & prioritise workload through good organisational skills
  • Experience using XERO is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous administration, accounts payable and data enty experience preferred
  • Be able to work autonomously and follow direction
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Be able to work as part of a team effectively

About the role:

This is a full time role for an AP Clerk to support our finance team. It is a newly created role, that will require a 'can-do' attitude, with the ability to manage and prioritise a range of administration support tasks:

  • Invoice Approvals
  • Data Entry into Xero
  • Supplier Statement Reconcilliations
  • Credit applications
  • General office duties including filing, scanning, document preparation, printing etc
  • Officeworks orders, office shopping requirements, receiving deliveries, stock control
