About the Company:

About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily distribution centre activities, ensuring your team works efficiently and safely to meet operational targets. Your role will focus on maintaining workflow, coaching team members, and driving continuous improvement across various warehouse functions.
Your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage warehouse teams to achieve productivity and performance goals
  • Coordinate daily operations across receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure correct handling and storage of goods
  • Report on KPIs and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations aligned with sustainability standards.
  • Utilise warehouse management systems to oversee end-to-end product flow and daily operations.
  • Identify risks and operational issues, working closely with Controlling and Import/Export teams to resolve them.
  • Provide accurate reporting to ensure smooth daily operations.

About The Role:
To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Strong experience in DC inbound operations and team leadership.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to manage workflows and resolve issues effectively.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end logistics, and warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of DC operational standards and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive improvements.
  • Strong leadership skills and people management skills.
  • Previous experience of 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Experience in KPI performance tracking ad understanding.
