We are seeking Exceptional Diploma & Certificate 3 Educators for our Family Owned Centre located in Bundaberg East.

Eastside Little Learners is seeking a Diploma & Cert 3 Assistant Educators who are both warm, caring and respectful of children's needs and the environment in which they learn. These roles will see you both leading/assisting a room with fellow educators to deliver a play-based learning program. We are seeking new and innovative ideas from you and you will be encouraged to share and implement these ideas.

As a member of our team you will possess the following attributes:

· Diploma/Certificate 3 qualification (equivalent or working towards)

· Experience with a variety of age groups

· Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Standard and National regulations.

· Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.

· Demonstrated ability to work in partnerships with families.

· Demonstrated professional level of written and verbal communication skills.

· Knowledge of Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children.

You will be able to lead/assist whilst providing a program that enables children to develop their own working theories around them, through intentional teaching, spontaneous opportunities and through play. You will provide a creative environment that engages children and encourages them to investigate, explore and extend on their current skills.

Both Candidates must possess the following:

· Relevant Qualifications (or working towards)

. First Aid and CPR certificates

· Asthma and Anaphylaxis

· Blue card

· Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS)
