The Central Marketing Organization (CMO) inspires, acquires, and engages Microsoft customers by driving integrated marketing strategy and plans to achieve business growth objectives. CMO accelerates Asia's growth agenda by driving customer centric, digitally connected integrated marketing plans aligned to global Marketing strategy and standardized marketing engines. CMO drives connected customer experiences and data driven storytelling, creating Microsoft brand love, and enabling sellers to deliver revenue.

The Integrated Marketing Manager (IMM) leads integrated marketing strategies and plans leveraging and scaling global go-to-market approaches and augmenting with regional activities to deliver delightful customer experiences that drive business outcomes (including customer acquisition, nurture and consumption). You will be the strategic marketing leader for the Protect Cloud AI Platforms and Apps and Modern Security Operations play, using data and insights to ensure our Asia integrated marketing strategy, plan, and execution will deliver growth.

You are an evangelist of marketing transformation, responsible for landing the cutting-edge marketing innovations being developed at Microsoft in Asia. You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills advising Sales and Marketing leaders on marketing strategy. You will also work with Integrated Marketers globally, contributing to global learnings and optimization by leveraging and sharing global best practices and providing feedback on learnings from your region to Corporate HQ. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

This role leads the integrated marketing strategy and execution excellence for Protect Cloud AI Platforms and Apps and Modern Security Operations solution plays across Asia. The successful candidate will bring strong commercial instincts and the ability to partner deeply with GTM and engineering teams to drive AI innovation, Security Executive and Practitioner adoption, and platform preference. This includes full accountability for building and delivering a multi-channel, content-rich marketing strategy that spans both scale and depth programs, including expertise and passion to:

Build and execute a regional integrated marketing strategy that accelerates adoption of Microsoft's Security platform including— Defender, Security Copilot, Sentinel, PurviewPartner with GTM, GBB and Corp/engineering teams to co-develop marketing motions that move accounts from POC to production.Lead cross-functional execution of campaigns, events, and content across digital, in-person, and partner-led channels

Serve as a strategic voice for Asia in global planning—advocating for regional priorities, securing investment, and influencing messaging and content

We're looking for commercially-minded, outcome-driven and agile marketing leaders to own and deliver the integrated marketing strategy for Microsoft's Protect Cloud AI Platforms and Apps and Modern Security Operations plays. The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experienceOR equivalent experienceProven experience building and executing integrated marketing plans—including breadth and depth programs, regional scale programs, multi-channel execution (digital, in-person, hands-on), and content development with a track record of delivering measurable marketing impact across enterprise and mid-market segments.Strong commercial and marketing acumen and the ability to analyze data and translate business goals into integrated marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, pipeline and revenue.Ability to create and maintain deep partnerships with the confidence and business sensibility to partner deeply with stakeholders to align on the priorities and outcomes for key audience.Leadership presence to advocate with corporate stakeholders, influence global messaging and investment, and represent Asia's innovation and execution excellence.A thirst for learning and leading through change—energized by the pace of transformation in both technology and the organization, and motivated to continuously evolve strategies, skills, and programs to stay aheadDeep cultural fluency and regional intelligence—with a strong understanding of Asia's diversity in customer maturity, market dynamics, and business practices.
