Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Draftsperson located in Pitampura, Delhi. The Draftsperson will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings and plans, collaborating with architects and designers, ensuring precision in all drafts, and assisting in the overall design process from concept to execution. Day-to-day tasks will include creating technical drawings, reviewing designs, and making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software and architectural drafting tools
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural design principles
• Ability to create detailed technical drawings and plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with design teams
• Attention to detail and precision in drafting work
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Relevant experience in the architectural and design industry is a plus
• Degree or certification in architecture, drafting, or a related field
