Physically fit? Keen to start early and work hard?
We're looking for reliable labourers to join a new construction waste recovery facility in Hemmant. You'll be sorting through demolition material in a dusty, hands-on environment. Bring your own PPE and be ready to work.

Duties Include:

  • Manual sorting of construction waste on a conveyor line
  • Removing timber, steel, concrete, and other materials by hand or with tools
  • Using a shovel and maintaining flow on the line
  • Assisting with general plant clean-up and basic maintenance
  • Following strict safety protocols, including proper use of P2 masks

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

  • Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual labour
  • Comfortable working in a dusty construction environment
  • Able to wear a P2 mask – must be clean-shaven or willing to be
  • Reliable transport to Hemmant for a 4:00 AM start
  • Bring your own PPE (including safety boots, hi-vis, gloves, eye protection, hard hat and P2 mask)
  • Able to pass a drug and alcohol test + physical assessment
  • LF Forklift licence is a bonus

Key Benefits:

  • $35.60/hour + penalties + super
  • Monday to Friday – consistent hours

About the Role:

This is a labour-intensive, hands-on role in a construction and demolition waste facility. You'll be working outdoors and indoors, sorting recyclable materials from waste on a conveyor line. Expect physical work in a dusty environment. The role suits those who enjoy early starts, don't mind getting dirty, and want consistent hours with a growing company.
