Fuel Tanker Driver

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Combination (MC) Driver to join our dedicated team in Goondiwindi. Reporting to the Toowoomba Depot Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of fuel to our valued customers across the region.

Roster: Rotating day and night shifts

What You Will Be Doing

• Load, transport and deliver fuel products to retail, commercial, agricultural and industrial customers
• Pre-load deliveries to ensure efficiency and on-time service
• Perform daily vehicle and equipment pre-start checks
• Manage fatigue and maintain accurate log book records
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service
• Ensure all safety and compliance standards are met at all times
• Work effectively within set timeframes and instructions

What You Will Bring

• A valid MC Licence with proven experience operating MC vehicles
• Fuel transport experience highly regarded, but not essential
• A commitment to safety, reliability, and great customer service
• Clean driving record and sound knowledge of transport compliance
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• A friendly, team-oriented attitude

Lowes can assist suitable applicants to obtain the following:

• Dangerous Goods Licence (advantageous)
• Safe Load Program (SLP) Accreditation
• Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) Statement of Attainment
• Commercial Driver Medical Fitness certification
