Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a permanent dayshift Depot Supervisor to assist managing the daily operations of the business which includes co-ordinating and supervising our Transport and Loading Operations.  Duties within this shift also include: loading and unloading of trucks, data entry, monitoring of all operators including line haul drivers (inc. hours, slots and delays).  This role is based in Molendinar.

For this role you will need to have:

• Forklift (LF) Licence
• HR Licence
• HC/MC Preferable
• Logbook experience highly regarded
• Fatigue and mass management experience highly regarded
• Experience with freight systems highly regarded
• Shift availability (from 8:30am to 6pm Mon-Fri + one Saturday roster per month)
• the ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test and Medical
• People management skills and experience
• a great customer service focus
• Flexibility to accommodate peak operational periods

Our Gold Coast depot specialises in the transport, storage and local distribution of palletised products for customers throughout the Gold Coast and Northern NSW Region.
