As a Family Day Care Coordinator, you will work closely with educators, families, and regulatory bodies to maintain quality service delivery. You'll be responsible for:

· Providing support, guidance, and monitoring to registered educators in line with the National Quality Framework (NQF)

· Minimum 1-2 years experience in Family Day Care or early childhood education

· Conducting regular home visits and assessments

· Current Working with Children Check (mandatory requirement)

· Full current driver's licence required for conducting home visits

· Supporting educators with planning, programming, and documentation of children's learning

· Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

· Facilitating training and professional development

· Building strong relationships with families and stakeholders

· Diploma in Early Childhood Education required

· Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
