What You'll Work On
This role is responsible for the delivery of client services and technical expertise for the Australia & Oceania region in line with CSA's short and long-term objectives. Including management of the Application Engineering team and its associated operational needs to ensure the highest standards of clients services and delivery of technically strong business outcomes in the Australia and Oceania region. As CSA sees high growth potential in the Australia & Oceania region, this will include developing and maintaining a team of diverse Application Engineers with technical skills to meet the Environmental, Geostructural and Renewables market demands.
You'll Support Your Team by Performing the Following Key Tasks
- Maintain and develop relationships with key supply partners, expand the supplier list based on operational requirements of the AE Team
- Weekly meeting with Australia and Oceania Sales and Market Manager to discuss region sales progress and resourcing.
- Be the first line technical support interface for key partners and triage these enquiries amongst the CSA AE team where possible.
- Provide regular feedback to the relevant CSI representatives to address technical and OS issues related to specific products.
- Maximise the efficiency of the AE team by working with other departments to optimise the workflow, interactions and timely delivery.
- Work with the Sales and Market Manager and Internal Training Lead to identify and implement internal training schedule and content.
- Monitor interactions with key end users and customers to ensure enquiries are attended to in a timely and technically appropriate manner
- Ensure adequate documentation and recording of technical information (Code snippets, bug fixes, how to guides, etc…) on the appropriate platforms (Wiki, Teams, Shared Drives)
- Proactively communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with senior management and other teams.

- An appreciation and understanding of safety in the workplace
- An appreciation and understanding of best practice human resources principles
- Understanding and appreciation of technical related matters
Education & Qualifications:
- Formal qualification in Sciences or Business
- Sound knowledge in General Science or an affiliation with a scientific related field preferable
