In the role of
Senior Consultant, Domain Orchestration
will report to
Head Ways of Working & Capability.
It is an exciting time to join our
Business & Private Banking / Private Wealth
team that's doubling down Customer Obsession.

Each Day, You'll Go Above And Beyond To

  • Develop and maintain PW/HNW strategic initiatives, commitments and roadmap align with strategy and prioritisation
  • Monitor and tracking portfolio performance, risk and issues management and resolution
  • Manage portfolio/ domain performance reporting for enterprise, B&PB and PW governance forums and stakeholder groups
  • Manage domain financials and reporting
  • Contribute into Domain quarterly planning cadence and manage cross HNW sub domains, cross other domains dependencies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, from identification to implementation and measurement
  • Support Agile Coaches with capability uplift in agile ways of working including tooling
  • Support Product Owners with the alignment of the delivery of Business Outcomes across Squads and (sub) Domains
  • Align strategic directions of teams/squads across sub domains delivering towards the same, complex client and colleague outcomes.

We are looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for the customers. You'll need:

  • Proven extensive experience in project, program, portfolio management office, preferably in banking and financial services
  • Strong experience in agile ways of working and agile at scale approach
  • Experienced in large complex programs containing multiple streams, with multiple internal and external vendors
  • Sound knowledge for financial services experience, in particular Wealth Management and / or Private banking.
  • Extensive use of structured program and project management methodologies
