As Demi Chef de Partie, you'll support the Chef de Partie and broader kitchen team in delivering exceptional seafood dishes that reflect our brand's elegance and flair. You'll be hands-on in preparation, plating, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of seafood-focused dishes with consistency and finesse
- Maintain mise en place and ensure readiness for service across designated sections
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen protocols at all times
- Collaborate with senior chefs to develop new menu items and specials
- Contribute to stock control, ordering, and waste minimization
- Support junior staff and foster a positive, respectful kitchen culture
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $54,238.66 – $83,255.74 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
