  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of seafood-focused dishes with consistency and finesse
  • Maintain mise en place and ensure readiness for service across designated sections
  • Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen protocols at all times
  • Collaborate with senior chefs to develop new menu items and specials
  • Contribute to stock control, ordering, and waste minimization
  • Support junior staff and foster a positive, respectful kitchen culture

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $54,238.66 – $83,255.74 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
