Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert cutting, colouring, and styling services to clients
• Deliver personalised consultations to understand and meet client needs
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in the salon
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products

Skills & Experience Required:

• Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a qualified stylist
• Strong skills in precision cutting, advanced colouring, and styling
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A genuine passion for the hairdressing industry
