Are you ready to elevate your hospitality career to new heights? Look no further – We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Clubhouse Manager to lead our front-of-house team. You will orchestrate the seamless flow of service, ensuring guests are welcomed with warmth and sophistication. You will also oversee the overall dining operations, ensuring excellence in service, customer satisfaction, and team performance. Join our close-knit team at our luxurious, award-winning wedding venue set against the backdrop of a championship golf course and 125 acres of gorgeous Central Coast Hinterland.

What We're Looking For:

Guest Relations: Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure guests receive personalised attention, making their experience at The Springs memorable and delightful.

Staff Management: Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, setting high standards for service and maintaining a positive and cohesive work environment.

Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day restaurant & event operations, including reservation systems, ordering stock, Managing the pass, table assignments, and ensuring efficient service flow.

Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of service quality, ensuring consistency in food presentation, service delivery, and overall guest satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate seamless communication between front and back-of-house, ensuring a synchronised and efficient dining experience.

Financial Management: Monitor and control operational costs, implement strategies to enhance revenue, and contribute to the overall financial success of the restaurant.

Customer Feedback: Proactively address customer feedback, seeking opportunities for improvement and consistently exceeding guest expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on upscale establishments.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling high-pressure situations with grace.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Familiarity with banquet events is a plus. Weekend work is a must.
  • Tertiary education in hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
