Solutions Manager-BESS

I. Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for in-depth analysis of energy storage industry market trends, policy directions and competitor products, output product market development roadmaps, design market-competitive energy storage solutions, and simultaneously enhance the solution implementation capabilities of front-line teams, as well as optimize the marketing and sales toolkit.
2. Conduct demand research, solution design and development of energy storage systems based on customers' actual needs and the core advantages of the company's energy storage products, complete user demand analysis, resource calculation and load assessment, as well as overall system solution planning, and strengthen customer guidance through technical communication to ensure solution competitiveness.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to promote energy storage market development, build a customer relationship management platform, undertake key customer maintenance and cooperation connection work, and carry out various tasks with the core goal of achieving the company's overall energy storage business objectives.
4. Participate in the technical negotiation process of energy storage projects, put forward optimization suggestions for technical clauses and performance standards in contracts, promote clause improvement, and reduce potential risks in the performance process of project contracts.
5. Continuously collect market dynamic information and customer feedback needs, establish a "customer voice" transmission mechanism, drive the collaboration of the company's internal R&D, production and other resources, and help improve the competitiveness of energy storage products and customer satisfaction.
6. Identify technical risks (such as system compatibility and performance stability) in the full cycle of energy storage projects, formulate risk control measures and promote closed-loop management to ensure that the overall project risks are within a controllable range.

II. Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for science and engineering majors, and 5 years or more of relevant work experience in solution design and implementation in the new energy industry, with priority given to those with experience in the energy storage field.
2. Be familiar with energy storage industry technology trends, policies and regulations as well as customers' core demands, have in-depth understanding of the technical principles of energy storage products and solution design, and be able to independently complete complex project solutions.
3. Have strong learning ability to quickly delve into energy storage technical details, and at the same time possess good cross-departmental communication skills, team collaboration awareness and resource coordination and integration capabilities to efficiently promote solution implementation.
4. Be fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, which can meet the needs of communication with international clients and reading technical documents, have strong pressure resistance, and be able to adapt to frequent business trips (including cross-region and cross-city trips) due to project needs.
5. Have rigorous solution design thinking and innovative awareness, be able to optimize existing solutions in combination with market changes, improve the economy and feasibility of solutions, and at the same time have basic control capabilities over project costs and cycles.
6. Have a strong goal-oriented mindset and sense of responsibility, possess good professional ethics, be able to abide by industry norms and company systems, have long-term enthusiasm for the energy storage industry, and be willing to grow together with the company.
