About Us

All Hours Electrical WA is a Malaga-based, full-service electrical and air conditioning company.

We deliver everything from new-build residential and renovations to commercial shop fitting, air conditioning, and day-to-day residential and commercial maintenance.

Known for being reliable, responsive, and solutions-driven, we take pride in doing the jobs others can't — and doing them right the first time.

As we grow, we're looking for a Working Supervisor / Operations Leading Hand who can help manage the workload, support the team, and drive performance and quality across the board.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead, mentor, and support a crew of electricians and apprentices across residential, commercial, and aircon projects
  • Oversee scheduling, materials, and workflow between the field and office
  • Manage small project quoting, variations, and client updates
  • Coordinate maintenance and reactive jobs efficiently
  • Support the Director with job planning, cost tracking, and reporting
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
  • Foster a positive, accountable team culture where everyone performs at their best

What You'll Bring
  • Current WA Electrical Licence & Driver's Licence
  • 3+ years in residential and commercial electrical work (including maintenance and fit-outs)
  • Proven supervisory or leading hand experience
  • Strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and coordination skills
  • Confident using job management software
  • Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
  • A team player who communicates clearly with clients and staff alike
