The Star Brisbane is Australia's newest entertainment hub at the heart of the new Queen's Wharf Brisbane precinct. The first phase is now open, with more venues and experiences on the way. The Star Brisbane offers a variety of new dining, bars, and unique entertainment options. It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.

This transformational project has brought even more excitement and anticipation to burgeoning Brisbane. It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.

The Storeperson, reporting to the Senior Storeperson will be responsible for the storage and distribution of goods from the warehouse and loading dock to all business units. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test.

Your key responsibilities:

• Accept and unload deliveries in a safe and timely manner
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of all goods to ensure quality satisfies agreed specifications
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Participate in regular physical stocktakes
• Ensure procedures are followed for issuing and returning goods

What we are looking for:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Experience in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook and Excel
• Current WHS Forklift license
• Inventory Control administration experience
• Previous experience within Warehouse environments

About you

The purpose of this role will be to receive, store and distribute goods from the warehouse and loading dock to various business units. The successful candidate will ensure the provision of excellent service and work efficiency.

The $3.6 billion Queen's Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.
