YOUR JOB

As an intermediate accountant, your role will consistent of working closely with partners and managers to deliver high-quality outcomes, and some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in management a portfolio of clients, providing high-level tax and business advice across a broad range of industries.
  • Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns for all entity types.
  • Division 7A, CGT, & FBT calculations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, practical advice.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards and internal quality processes.
  • Scope to support transaction/advisory projects, oversee workflow and mentor juniors depending on experience.

YOU

Your skills will include:

  • Around 2 years experience in another firm.
  • Accounting degree.
  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards.
  • Knowledge of Australian taxation and accounting standards, including Division 7A, CGT, and FBT.
