Permanent Full-Time (Monday to Friday - 7:00am-3:30pm accrueing an additional Day off per month)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Grounds Person to join the team at our Bull Creek Estate.

As a key member of the estate team, you'll take pride in maintaining our grounds, gardens, and outdoor spaces – creating an attractive, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff and visitors.

This is a hands-on, full-time position that requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor work.

Your Day-to-Day

• Maintain lawns, gardens, common areas and parklands
• Operate and maintain tools and machinery (mowers, blowers, hedgers, chainsaws, etc.)
• Undertake pruning, weeding, fertilising, spraying and mulching
• Repair and maintain estate reticulation systems and manual watering as needed
• Carry out minor landscaping and grounds improvements
• Ensure all outdoor areas are clean, tidy and safe
• Cooperate with estate projects and support general ad hoc duties as required

What You'll Need

• Manual driver's licence – essential
• Chainsaw certificate – essential
• Demonstrated experience with garden tools, hedging, pruning and retic repairs
• Experience maintaining large grounds or similar outdoor environments
• Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and a strong work ethic
• A commitment to safety and ability to follow procedures and schedules
• Empathy for working in a seniors' community
