Support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through practical, person-centred care. As a Senior Occupational Therapist in Toowoomba, you'll work as part of the Intellectual and Developmental Disability Mental Health team to improve daily function, mental health outcomes and independence. This role suits someone who values collaboration, thoughtful communication and making a meaningful difference.

What your day will look like….

You'll assess needs, plan interventions and work closely with consumers, carers and clinical teams to support safe, effective care. You'll contribute to service planning, supervise junior staff, and help shape pathways that promote independence and wellbeing. Whether reviewing a care plan or mentoring a colleague, your work will reflect the values of compassion, dignity and innovation that guide Darling Downs Health.
