About the Role

We are seeking Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team and provide exceptional cleaning services to a variety of commercial sites including offices, retail spaces, medical centres, and more. This role is ideal for reliable, hardworking individuals who take initiative and care about delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general commercial cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and surface disinfection
  • Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas
  • Refill supplies (toilet paper, hand towels, soap, etc.) as needed
  • Dispose of rubbish and maintain waste management protocols
  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow client-specific instructions and schedules
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors

Requirements

  • Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
  • At least 3–6 months experience in commercial or industrial cleaning (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to follow cleaning procedures and health & safety guidelines
  • National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
  • Valid Driver's Licence and access to reliable transport
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
