You will be one of our Refrigeration Mechanics, specializing in Installations / Service and Breakdowns (diagnosis, repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance), all being delivered with high-quality customer service. You will also be a point of call of other mechanics within the business for further technical and diagnosis assistance, based on your great experience

With excellent communication skills, you'll also provide support to our administration team for quoting, scheduling, and procurement / sourcing of parts. Enjoy a fast-paced and supportive work culture that values honesty and initiative, and will help you succeed.

In this role, you will:

• Have a thorough understanding of all Air-conditioning Systems
• Within knowledge constraints, provide technical support to customers
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers/vendors
• Ensure compliance with all relevant National and State legislation
• Actively ensure OH&S requirements are met
• Be an approachable team member who builds trust and positive relationships with all team members

Here's who we're looking for

We want you to succeed To do so, you must have:

• The Standard Licenses (Refrigeration, Restricted or Open Electrical, C Class Drivers Licence)
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive approach and willingness to take initiative
• Excellent customer service - this is vital for what we do
• Effective time-management skills to keep the team on track
• Honesty and integrity
• The desire to keep learning and improving
