We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and passionate Canine Behaviourist to join our high-standard, reputable dog training and behaviour company. This is a rare opportunity to step into a Head Trainer role, working directly with clients to achieve transformational results in their dogs' behaviour while enjoying flexibility, autonomy, and strong support from our team.

This role is ideal for an experienced trainer who thrives on working independently, managing their own schedule, and delivering outstanding results for both dogs and owners. You will be our primary trainer conducting client sessions, and will also play a key role in mentoring and training future team members.

You'll work with a variety of cases - from foundational puppy training to complex behavioural rehabilitation, including severely aggressive and dangerous dogs - and be the go-to point for clients seeking guidance and results.
