AGIS are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Graduate Structural or Mechanical Engineer to join our existing team in supporting the growth and expansion of our business and its operations.

This role will be based at the AGIS Bowen office where you will be working closely within our Engineering multi-disciplinary team who will provide you professional mentoring and hands-on training in an operational environment. You will work on a range of mining and ports infrastructure and remediation design projects in supporting works across all of our facilities.

AGIS offer a highly skilled & experienced workforce which consists of Scaffolders, Riggers, Industrial Painters, Abrasive Blasters, Boilermakers, Welders and Trade Assistants.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Seeking graduate placement in Structural or Mechanical Engineering or currently studying.
  • Knowledge in Structural or Mechanical experience will be considered.
  • Experience in AutoCAD and or various CAD packages.
  • Impeccable work ethic and commitment.
  • A distinct drive to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • A passion for safety as a way of life - zero harm focus.
  • An unshakable sense of integrity.
  • Highly organised, extremely personable, and reliable.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role.
