Lexus of Blackburn is growing — and we're looking for an enthusiastic, polished Dealership Host to join our front-of-house team in a job share role.

This is a key customer-facing position, so if you're someone with a welcoming personality, professional presence, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you. Previous dealership, hospitality, or barista experience will be highly regarded.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Coordinate appointments for Sales and Service departments
• Maintain showroom presentation and guest lounge area
• Prepare and serve premium refreshments, including barista-style coffee
• Support the team with light administrative tasks.
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

What You'll Bring

• Exceptional communication skills and presentation
• Genuine passion for customer service with strong attention to detail
• Experience in a dealership desk or hospitality/barista role (preferred)
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• A collaborative mindset and a can do attitude.
