At Holy Cross Services (HCS), we are looking for an experienced Disability Support Coordinator to join our Supported Employment Team full-time in the Disability Services Department. This role will be based at multiple sites, including Banyo, South Brisbane, and Springfield

About The Role

  • Oversee daily operations of supported employment teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement culture of HCS.
  • Conduct regular team catch-ups and performance check-ins with the support team.
  • Develop rosters/schedules that provide an efficient and balanced workforce.
  • Deliver ongoing training for staff in NDIS standards, workplace safety, and best practice support strategies.
  • Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and professional development.
  • Liaise with participants, families, carers, and external stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and engagement.
  • Work with the Disability Service Manager to do service agreements, invoicing, and related NDIS requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with the NDIS Code of Conduct, Practice Standards, and Work Health and Safety regulations.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating teams in disability, community services or supported employment areas.
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS, Practice Standards, service agreements and funding structures.
  • Proven skills in staff supervision and performance management.
  • High-level administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV or higher in Disability, Community Services or working towards it.
  • Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue Card or willingness to obtain one.
  • Flexibility to travel between different sites.
