We're looking for an Apprentice Horticulturist to join our team and grow alongside us.

• Hands-on work across diverse properties, from turf care to tree management (yes, from turf to trees)
• Structured training and mentorship from qualified horticulturists and a supportive Team Leader
• Exposure to heritage estates, high-end gardens, and softscape construction projects
• Clear systems and tailored maintenance plans so you always know what's expected
• A culture built on Above the Line behaviour — ownership, accountability, responsibility — where everyone has each other's backs
