Cocktail Bartender – Amaranta Grill and Bar Hobart, TAS | Casual/Part-Time | Immediate Start

Amaranta Grill and Bar is a vibrant and modern venue located in the heart of Hobart City, known for its stylish atmosphere, elevated dining experience, and impressive cocktail selection. We are seeking a talented and experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our dynamic team.

About the Role: We're looking for a creative and confident bartender with a passion for mixology and outstanding customer service. You'll play a key role in delivering memorable bar experiences and helping us maintain our reputation as one of Hobart's great bar destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and beverages

  • Ensure a clean, well-organised, and fully stocked bar at all times

  • Deliver exceptional service with professionalism and personality

  • Assist with bar menu innovation and seasonal drink specials

  • Adhere to RSA and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven cocktail bartending experience (minimum 1 year)

  • RSA certified and well-versed in responsible alcohol service

  • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset

  • Available for evening and weekend shifts
