Environmental Advisor – Renewable Energy Projects
A leading global Teir 1 contractor is actively seeking a Environmental Advisor to oversee the environmental and EIA process across their renewable portfolio. With a strong foundation in large-scale infrastructure and energy projects, this organization has the backing and resources required to influence renewable projects across APAC.

Role Overview

  • Leas the EIA & EPA process, prepare and review environmental assessments, risk assessments, approvals, and construction environmental management plans for renewable energy projects.
  • Manage environmental and social risks across project lifecycles to ensure compliance with legislation and internal standards.
  • Provide technical input and coordination during tenders, including managing and reviewing specialist consultants.
  • Support project teams across the business by offering guidance on environmental and social issues, securing secondary approvals, and maintaining the Integrated Management System.
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities through environmental inspections, audits, reporting on sustainability targets and liaising with clients, government, and regulators.

Requirements

  • Experience in environmental science, engineering or planning.
  • A strong background in EIA, Permitting processes and environmental management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement skills.
  • Drivers licence.
