This is your opportunity.DLA Piper's Corporate practice is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Associate (ideally with 5 – 7 years' experience) to join the team in Melbourne. Your role will involve working closely with the team on a broad range of M&A transactions, advising both local and international clients where DLA Piper is a trusted advisor.
Our clients benefit from a valuable combination of global insight and local knowledge that allows us to advise on all legal aspects of their key strategic opportunities or threat. You will be central to this offering, helping to win new clients by drawing on DLA Piper's global expertise and building a trusted advisor relationship around it.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Head of Corporate, Australia Jyoti Singh and Partners on a diverse range of corporate matters and be part of a team ranked #1 for global M&A by deal count for 15 years, supporting the world's leading companies. We work with clients through all stages of their transactions to ensure successful deal outcomes.
