Duty Managers

We are looking for Night Fill Captain to join our team at Como

You will be required to promote and maintain an exceptional standard of customer service through personal example and direction whilst taking responsibility for our store in the absence of our Store Manager in the afternoons.

Must have a valid up to date police clearance.

Must have experience

Shifts available:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 6pm - 11pm

You will be responsible for:

• Unloading deliveries and restock shelves accurately and efficiently.
• Rotate stock and ensure products are displayed neatly and correctly.
• Maintain store presentation and cleanliness in all aisles and backroom areas.
• Adhere to safety and manual handling procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet nightly deadlines and store standards.

• Assist with other tasks as directed by the Nightfill or Store Manager.

• Learning every aspect of running a store

• Be friendly, outgoing, trustworthy and reliable.
• Have good communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Providing the highest standards of customer service Be willing to "go that extra mile" for our customers.

Due to the volume of applicants only successful applicants will be contacted. The successful candidate will have previous management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake a successful national police clearance.
