The Opportunity

Great Beginnings Southern River offers long day care and a kindergarten program for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with extended hours to suit busy families.

Our state-of-the-art early learning centre offers a vibrant and engaging environment, designed to inspire curiosity and creativity in our young explorers. Our facilities include:

  • Spacious indoor and outdoor play areas, perfect for active learning and adventure
  • Modern rooms equipped with the latest technology and age-appropriate resources
  • A diverse range of activities to foster growth and development

With a capacity for up to 104 children, our centre is open from 6.30am to 6.30pm, providing a safe and nurturing space for your little ones to thrive.

About You

  • You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
