The Role

We are currently seeking a operator to join our team as an Aggregate Spreader / Float Driver. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in spray seal operations or floating plant and equipment—or someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

If you bring a strong work ethic, a safety-first approach, and a growth mindset, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • HC Licence (minimum requirement)
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Based in Melbourne Metro or surrounding areas

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience in spray seal or bitumen operations
  • Experience operating an aggregate spreader truck
  • Familiarity with floating plant and equipment
