About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated operator with experience on grader, dozer, and excavator machinery to join our civil construction team in Toowoomba. This full-time role offers consistent work on local projects such as earthworks, road construction, and subdivisions.

You will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating plant, reading site plans and levels, and using GPS machine control systems when required. Daily pre-start checks, machine maintenance, and general site assistance may also form part of your duties.

What We're Looking For

You'll have solid experience operating grader, dozer, and excavator machinery in civil environments. Familiarity with GPS guidance systems is essential, especially for trimming, shaping, and final trim work.

We're after someone who works well in a team, takes pride in their work, and communicates clearly with supervisors and crew. While formal tickets or licences are not essential, strong hands-on experience and reliability are a must.
