Job Description:

We are seeking an additional team member with the following attributes:

  • Diligent, well-organized, and punctual
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Creativity and positivity in fluctuating operational scenarios
  • Collaboration and clear communication skills
  • Prioritization of OH&S in all company activities
  • Enthusiasm for skill development

Requirements:

  • 2 Years experience as a CO Operator
  • CO DG HRWL (minimum), Intermediate or Advanced Rigging highly regarded
  • HR minimum, HC / MC Class License highly desirable
  • Working at Heights highly regarded
  • Construction Induction
  • RTIO, FMG and BHP inductions highly regarded

Role Duties:

  • Interpret and apply operational requirements
  • Apply detailed Lift Plans and Risk assessments effectively
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders
  • Operation of Franna Cranes and Liebherr All Terrain Cranes up to 300t capacity
  • Work across a variety of roles in operating, rigging and driving counterweight, as required
  • Foster a safety-conscious, positive and professional team environment
