Role Description

This is a Casual on-site role with various locations amongst western, northern and south- east suburbs in VIC for a Civil Pit Builder. The Civil Pit Builder will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing pits and other civil structures. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications, preparing work sites, operating machinery, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The role also involves collaborating with the team to complete projects efficiently and on time.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction and concreting
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Competence in operating power tools
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., White Card, driver's license)
• Steel Fixing background preferred
