This role is initially for a contract trainer that may lead to a potential part-time or full-time opportunity. We are seeking trainers who engage, captivate, and motivate their students whilst being innovative in their delivery with a focus on compliance for accredited training.

Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position.

As a trainer with KCA, you will play a vital role in our students' success stories. We will provide you with all the necessary tools and support to unleash their potential and guide them on their journey to greatness.

Your responsibilities will include:


• Delivering engaging and effective training sessions in class.


• Providing unwavering support and guidance to our students, making a real difference in their learning journey.


• Assisting students with work placement applications and visits, paving the way for their future success.


• Ensuring seamless administrative tasks are taken care of, maintaining compliance, and keeping thorough records to ensure a smooth learning experience for all.

Essential Criteria:

You must hold the following current qualifications:


• CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and or Disability) or its successor.


• Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor.


• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the delivery of workplace and classroom-based programs.


• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in aged care training and assessment is required.


• Current/recent industry and professional development experience.


• Current aged care industry experience within the last 2 years is required.


• Network of potential work placement hosts.


• Experience in dealing with students in a VET classroom environment.


• Understanding and use of SMS and LMS systems.


• Computer literate.


• Assisting with the coordination of the students work placement and assessment.


• Current driver's license and reliable car for travel is preferred.
