The Role:

You will be the go-to expert for securing our enterprise network, taking the lead on the design, deployment, and management of our security stack. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a tangible impact on the security posture of a major telecommunications provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment and management of Fortinet Network Detection and Response (NDR) solutions to enhance our threat detection and response capabilities.
  • Administer and optimise Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) to enforce robust network access control and security policies.
  • Design and maintain secure network architectures, including firewalls, VPNs, and strategic network segmentation.
  • Conduct threat analysis and lead incident response and forensic investigations when required.

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • Proven, hands-on experience with Fortinet NDR and Cisco ISE in a large-scale enterprise environment is essential.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including protocols, routing, and switching.
  • Experience with other security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like ISO 27001 or NIST.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Highly desirable certifications: Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNP Security, CISSP, or CEH.
