Big Jim's is currently seeking a store manager and team members for day to day operations of the business. This is a great opportunity to further develop your management skills.

Job description

· Big Jim's is seeking new team members and store managers to join our team in Castlemaine

Complete all preparation of ingredients including making dough and shredding ingredients

· Ensure staff are completing the required work including cleaning duties

· Making pizzas

· Banking duties including depositing cash and organising change of notes and coins

· Report to business owners on a daily basis

· Organising work roster and review staffs' weekly time sheets

· Ensuring the cash register balances at the end of the night

· Stock take

· Previous experience in hospitality industry (Ideally in the pizza industry)

· Reliable and flexible in regards to work hours

· Leadership - Able to lead staff with high standards

· Communication – Must be able to give clear instructions to staff and report to owners

· Honest

· Punctual

· Works well under stress

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.65 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
