Synergie has Partnerd witha a leading name in food Manufacturing, is seeking an experienced and reliable ChillerForklift Storeperson to join our team at our Arndell Park facility.

About the Role:

As a chillerForklift Storeperson, you will play a key role in managing and moving stock in our freezer storage area, maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and organisation. This is a hands-on position suited to someone comfortable working in cold environments and experienced in forklift operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate forklifts (counterbalance& High Reach) in a chiller environment
  • Load and unload pallets for storage and dispatch
  • Accurately pick, pack, and move stock using RF scanners or pick slips
  • Dealing with Raw Materials eg. Onion, Garlic, Sauce, Meat
  • Perform regular stocktakes and inventory checks
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in freezer and storage areas
  • Adhere to food safety and OH&S procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Current and valid LF Forklift License (high reach)
  • Experience working in Chilleror cold storage environments up to (-18°C)
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg
  • High attention to detail with strong time management
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Previous experience with warehouse systems or RF scanning is an advantage
