Security Concierge

Are you a polished Security professional with natural flair, great energy for service and a can-do attitude? We're looking for a well-presented and proactive Security / Concierge to be the face of a great asset in the Melbourne Docklands area

About the Role:

As our Security Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for tenants, guests, couriers, and contractors. Your ability to manage a front desk, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour, will set the tone for the entire building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist tenants, visitors, and contractors
• General Security duties, site patrol, CCTV management
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Coordinate building access and deliveries
• Handle general enquiries and provide support to building management
• Maintain a polished front-of-house appearance at all times

Who Are You:

• Impeccably presented with excellent communication skills
• Friendly, dependable, and proactive
• Previous front desk, Security/Concierge or customer service experience preferred
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and building management systems
