We are a busy restaurant seeking a competent and experienced Barista to join our team. Applicants preferably have worked in a fast-paced café/restaurant environment.

  • You will need to have experience as a barista and able to handle 7-8 kg per day on your own and comfortable with adjusting the (Mazzer Robo) grinder
  • You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
  • You must be able to demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
  • You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
  • In addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, table/counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
