About the role
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team working in the Newcastle / Hunter area.
The position on offer will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and contributing to the efficiency and success of our team.
Desired skills include:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a preference for candidates familiar with the service industry or similar
- Demonstrated scheduling and / or rostering capabilities
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in software service management tools, eg. Aroflo, SimPro or similar
- Superior written and verbal communication skills to interact with both clients and the service team
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic industry and think on your feet
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- You are self-motivated, reliable and take pride in all you do
