The Role
You'll play a key role in supporting the executive and revenue teams, coordinating tenders, managing contracts, and ensuring all documentation and deliverables are seamlessly executed. This role blends EA-level organisation and communication with the commercial precision of bid coordination and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate tenders, proposals, and supporting documentation.
· Manage contracts and compliance documentation across multiple projects.
· Support pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting for the revenue team.
· Prepare executive documents and client-facing materials.
· Liaise across internal departments to ensure information flow and accuracy.
· Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
What you will bring
- Background as a Bid Coordinator, or Contract Administrator or EA (supporting revenue or bid teams) within construction, engineering, or a project-based environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, with high attention to detail and process ownership.
- Excellent communication and document management skills.
