We service a large area from Murrayfield to Noosa and Gympie

The Role:

We are looking for warm, motivated individuals to join our team as Domestic Cleaners / Home Support Assistants. You'll deliver consistent, high-standard cleaning services while building positive rapport with clients. Some shifts may involve light household support work or wellbeing-focused tasks.

Starting as a casual with the offer to move to part-time soon after

Key Responsibilities:

  • General domestic cleaning: floors, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, dusting, and surface cleaning
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Use of safe, non-toxic products (we favour the "For All" range)
  • Support clients to maintain clean, functional living spaces
  • Monitor and report any health, hygiene or safety concerns in homes
  • Maintain clear, respectful communication with clients and team
  • Maintain professional boundaries while being friendly and supportive
  • Occasionally assist with light errands or companionship tasks (if within scope)

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

  • Current driver's licence and reliable car
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently and follow routines
  • Comfortable working around people with disabilities or mental health needs
  • Respectful of privacy and confidentiality
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening check
  • First Aid / CPR (potentially)

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in domestic cleaning, aged care, NDIS, or hospitality
  • Working With Children Check (if applicable)
  • NDIS Worker Screening (if shifts involve funded clients)
  • First Aid / CPR
