An outstanding daily rate contract opportunity exists for an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of digital transformation initiatives spanning Loyalty, eCommerce and Enterprise Applications.

You'll drive end-to-end program execution across multiple concurrent workstreams — from strategic planning and vendor engagement through to solution deployment — within a complex, enterprise-scale environment.

This role requires a strong leader who can bridge technology, digital and business, ensuring successful delivery of customer and commerce platforms that underpin a modern omnichannel experience.

This is: what you'll do

  • Lead program governance, planning, and delivery across multiple digital domains — including Retail, Loyalty, eCommerce, and Enterprise Apps
  • Partner with business stakeholders, digital teams, and vendors to ensure delivery alignment and outcomes
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, risk management, and resourcing across multiple streams
  • Drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment of enterprise applications and platforms
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT, Digital and Business Operations
  • Ensure enterprise program deliverables align with customer experience and business growth objectives

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong domain knowledge across Retail, Loyalty, and eCommerce platforms
  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise applications and integration programs
  • Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver within complex, fast-paced environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic delivery capability
