Factory Worker – Fortis Adhesives & Coatings (Dandenong South)

Fortis Adhesives & Coatings is a dynamic and growing company based in Dandenong South, specialising in the development and manufacture of high-performance adhesives, coatings, and floor systems for industrial and commercial applications.
We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Factory Worker to join our production team.
About the role
You'll be part of a small, supportive team working across various areas of production. Tasks may include:
- Mixing and blending raw materials
- Filling and packaging finished products
- Operating machinery and production equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Assisting with general warehouse duties
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse work (preferred but not essential)
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks or moderate lifting
- Safety-conscious with a positive team attitude
- Forklift not essential but advantageous
