Are you a creative problem solver with a knack for transforming complex challenges into seamless, human-centred experiences? In this role, you'll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team driving strategic priorities that deliver measurable impact - optimising organisational outcomes, enhancing experiences, and making a tangible difference in people's lives.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing innovative omni-channel solutions that improve client outcomes and deliver business efficiency.
  • Partnering with stakeholders, vendors, and product owners to co-create experiences that work in the real world.
  • Using customer insights, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping to transform services from concept to implementation.
  • Facilitating workshops, usability testing, and embedding service design frameworks across the organisation.
  • Championing human-centred design and inspiring others to think differently about how services are delivered.

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience in strategic service design and delivering end-to-end, human-centred solutions.
  • Solid skills in user research, prototyping, A/B testing, and designing for accessibility.
  • Confident workshop facilitator with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to balance client, business, and technology needs while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
  • Proficiency in Miro, Microsoft Office Suite, and service design tools.
