Perth, Western Australia Strike Drilling Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Strike Drilling is a prominent mineral exploration drilling company specializing in reverse circulation and air core drilling services across Australia. With a reputation for quality, safety, and reliability, we're expanding our team and currently seeking experienced RC and/or AC Drillers to join us in senior and relief driller roles on diverse projects nationwide.

  • Rosters available - 2:1, 2:2 or 4:2 (roster depends on the project)
  • Site types include client site accommodation and remote exploration with caravan accommodation.

About You

We're looking for self-motivated, safety-focused drillers who are ready to take ownership of their role and contribute to a high-performing team. You will have:

  • Proven experience in RC and/or AC drilling (dual-purpose experience highly regarded)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Clear and effective communication skills with your team and clients
  • A natural leadership mindset – lead from the front, promote a strong safety culture, and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements

  • HR Driver's Licence or higher (mandatory)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
  • National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
  • Valid First Aid Certificate
  • Experience with KWL700, Schramm T450, T685 and DRA600 rigs (highly regarded)
  • Certificate III in Drilling Operations - started or completed (preferred)
  • Flexibility to work on both client sites and remote exploration projects
